To all the ladies (and men) out there, you deserve to feel good about yourself.
You deserve to prioritise your own health and you absolutely deserve to have supportive networks and relationships.

– Do you feel alone, unheard or disrespected?
– Do you feel held back?
– Are you crying more than loving and laughing?
– Have you sacrificed who you are, your core values and belief system?
– Have you stopped having fun and enjoying life?
– Have you lost yourself?
– Are you more afraid of the unknown than the current situation?
